Kim, sometimes referred to as “Unconventional” for her creative tactics to generate transparency and encourage self-development or as the “People Whisperer” for her street-savvy style of training and coaching that brings out the best in people. Her fusion of real-life stories and playful, conversational techniques connect her with students of all walks of life on an intimate, intense and individual level. Kim is a highly skilled trainer with extensive experience implementing Scrum outside of software development (Yes! Scrum is not just for software development!) Kim has over 20 years experience working in information technology planning, implementation and execution. She is skilled in building interaction and collaboration among organizations to drive change, support key business objectives and maximize value creation. With extensive experience in Federal and State government, she has helped government agencies and private organizations change their thoughts on traditional practices to Agile methods. Kim is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences, including holding the Co-Chair position with Scrum Alliance for their Global Scrum Gatherings.
